Techno Autos is a Bangladesh-based automotive company. We operate a servicing and repair workshop, sell genuine vehicle parts and accessories, and buy and sell used cars.

Our services and product range may change and expand over time. Workshop services are subject to a written estimate approved by the customer before work begins, and vehicle sales are governed by the separate sale agreement signed at the time of purchase.

Parts are supplied against the vehicle details provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the make, model, year, variant and — where applicable — the original part number or chassis number before ordering. A part that does not fit because incorrect vehicle details were supplied is not treated as a defective item.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantity available for purchase
• Correct product or pricing information where an error has occurred

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product or refund where applicable.

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are expected to receive the order and make the required payment upon delivery.

Customers should not place orders with the intention of refusing delivery without a valid reason.

Repeated order cancellations, fake orders, or deliberate refusal of multiple deliveries may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.
